Bustard Chrysler Dodge Jeep

We have a Chrysler Town and Country minivan, which we love. In the second week of January, we noticed a problem with the power steering. We booked service for the next day, picked up the repaired vehicle late the same day. Great! Fast forward one week. Wake up to a puddle of power steering fluid in the driveway. I called Bustard, a little irritated because I assumed it was a faulty repair. They sent two people to pick up the van and had it fixed by the end of the day. When my wife picked it up, they told her that they didn't have a final total, so she left her CC number so that they could get her on her way with the baby. In the end, the second repair had nothing to do with the first and was in a completely different area. But because of the perceived oversight, Bustard was more than fair to us on the billing. Top marks to the well trained, customer focused repair team at Bustard. Co-workers have bought two more vehicles at Bustard since our experience with the great service!

We have now been driving our new vehicles for 3 months and still have no complaints. I just took my car in for the first oil change and their service was also impressive. I like coming to Bustards because as a woman, I am treated with resprct from all personnel.  A sign that Bustards has female employess everywhere makes this a comfortable place to come for vehicle service/purchase.  In the past at other dealerships, I experienced good service only if my dad took the car in, otherwise I had large bills and poor service.

I had a bad experience at a different Kitchener Chrysler dealership, so I cancelled my deal there.  When I came to Bustard's I was treated very well by Craig Penny and the Manager.  They got me the car I wanted with the price and options I wanted.  Very good service.  It was a win-win.  Since then, my car has only been serviced by Bustard.

I phoned to get a price on snow tires and rims from Reiner in service.  Very good service and the price was as good as anywhere else I looked at.  When I picked up my car, the tires were on the rims as promised by Reiner.  Marion took care of my appointment, and everything was done fast.  Marion is an excellent, efficient advisor.

I called and asked about some vehicles I had viewed on their add and when I arrived to look at them, they were at the front of the dealership all ready for a test drive. After I made my selection and went for a test drive I was treated like royalty. The service and respect I received from the salesman Dennis was superb. He finalized the deal treating me professionally and honestly. He was wonderful, and I would recomend his positive attitude to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. On the day I picked up my vehicle, after having all the features of my Cherokee explained to me I was introduced to the mechanic, the service manager, the parts manager, the personal in the office all of wich were pleasant and friendly. Everyone working at Bustard Chrysler In Listowel is professional and knowledgeable. In my opinion if you are looking for great customer service and a good used vehicle this is the place to purchase one!!!! I love my Grand Cherokee.
